24/8/14 : LESEN P

Assalamualaikum. Anyeong! ;)


Readers, I got the P. Yeay2. Hehe. Okay ni baru nak story lepas dah drive ke mana hala. haha. Well ada P, mesti ada L nya kan. So we start from L. L dah ambil sejak bulan mac lagi. cuti panjang semester 3. TApi bila dah nak habis cuti baru ambil, apekan daya memang tak sempat buat sampai P. So terpaksa la tangguhkan for the next cuti. 

Lepas dah selesai mengharungi ceramah, ujian komputer [50/50 wohoihhh],  teori dan praktikal, tiba masanya nak belajar drive. First time oo pegang stereng. Dapatla cikgu yang best. Cikgu Alias. Memang bagus2 cikgu kat situ. Senang betul faham. First day dah boleh bawak kat jalan raya. Mula2 tu kekok la jugak bila berhadapan dengan banyak kenderaan. But then, day by day I can improve myself. 5,6,7 and 12hb lapan. 

Sampailah ke ujian QTI(ujian pra JPJ) 13hb. That time nervous jugak. Lepas dah pass, terus booking untuk JPJ. Yeah, masa yang dinanti-nantikan. 2 minggu menunggu. Lama tu. Dalam hati, boleh ke ingat. Then cool je pegi test. muahaha. Jumpa kawan sekolah dulu. and kawan interview cikgu dulu.

Ramaiiii sesangat. Ratus memang sampai. Tak termasuk yang test motor. Ni yang ulangan, lori lagi pun dah giler crowded. No 19. Nampak awal tapi boleh tahan tunggunya. Time nak test bukit tu yang a bit scary n a lot nervous tuh. Sebabnyaaa yang seramai manusia tengah tengok. Hurm. Just fokus jela. Parking kurang dah nervous. I just do the very best. Lepas tengok je kertas. Fuh seriyes lega sebab lulus satu bahagian. Normal kejap.

Tunggu punya tunggu, dah dekat tengah hari. Omy takut rehat then kena tunggu petang. TIBA-TIBA. 19! Fuh. Bawa VIVA. First time. Okay rileks. Lepas habis, keluar kereta, baru tengok result. O_O LULUS. Then belila pelekat P. Muahaha. Senyum je balik. Bersyukur gila masa tu. Alhamdulillah :D

Lepas buat lesen, bawa Alza. Beza la kan sebab auto. Haha. Tapi best. Sampai masa nak cilok bawa myvi adik. kihkih. Tak sabar nak bawa manual balik. hehe. Dah nak balik Shah Alam minggu ni.

The Fabulous Day

Assalamulaikum guys, gilrs. My readers :)


Orait semua. Tak lama lagi dah nak kembali berjuang di Shah Alam. Sedar tak sedar, bakal melangkah ke tahun ketiga, semester 5! huh. Umm daftar di kolej yg sama. Kalaulah di bilik yg sama lagi, it's awesome. Baru magic. Hihi. Barang well, dah kemas awal-awal. Haha. So takdela rushing nanti. Definitely barang memang dah habis sikit lah tu. Dah taknak lagi bawa barang tah pape tapi tak guna pun -.-

So dalam kepala ni sentiasa ingat yg PENTING saje utk bawa. N tadaa dah siap. So what more? Enjoylah saki baki cuti :)

And terselit jugak gambar kenangan bersama famili di Laman Seni Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. :) Gambar ni since sebelum balik cuti lagi. Lebih kurang sebulan lebih dah. Best okay!

FAEDAH MINUM SUSU/BENEFITS OF MILK, MILK & DISEASE

FAEDAH MINUM SUSU

  • Mengelakkan osteoporosis + hipertensi + kanser kolon. Kita tidak akan mendapat vitamin tambahan + kalsium tanpa meminum susu
  • Meminum susu juga boleh melindungi kita dari kerosakan gigi + masalah kaviti. Kita harus memberi jaminan kepada anak2 tentang kerosakan gigi dengan menawarkan mereka segelas susu coklat. Tidak ada rekod kerosakan gigi kerana minum susu dengan perisa coklat
  • Lemak susu tidak memberi apa2 kesan kepada kegemukan sebaliknya terbukti bahawa mereka yang kerap minum susu menjadikan badan lebih langsing daripada mereka yang tidak mengambilnya. Susu memberikan kita banyak vitamin dan mineral untuk memastikan sentiasa sihat dan cergas
  • Susu adalah anti-asid yang sangat baik. Minum segelas susu apabila mengalami pedih ulu hati boleh menenangkan paip makanan dari keradangan. Minum susu tetap akan mencegah ulser perut dan masalah perut yang lain
  • Minum banyak susu dapat menghasilkan kekuatan pada tulang + gigi + kuku + rambut, kerana ia sarat dengan kalsium yang membantu badan menjadi kuat dan fleksibel
  • Susu boleh menjadi pembuka baik perut terutama jika lewat makan. Meminum susu juga boleh bertindak sebagai perangsang yang awal
  • Meminum segelas susu panas sebelum tidur dapat menenangkan saraf dan melonggarkan otot2 tegang supaya dapat memberi tidur yang lebih cepat. Cara ini dapat membantu selepas seharian penat bekerja
  • Minum susu boleh menyejukkan badan dan mengekalkan tahap air atau cecair dalam badan kita. Penggunaan susu selepas latihan berat badan boleh mengisi sistem dengan cecair badan yang hilang semasa senaman
  • Secara drastik susu juga dapat mengurangkan gejala PMS (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome) kerana ia merupakan pelega atau penenang tekanan yang hebat dan juga meningkatkan tahap tenaga dalam kita
  • Susu penuh dengan nutrien. Badan kita memerlukan nutiren untuk beroperasi dengan betul. Ia mengandungi vitamin (untuk sel-sel darah merah) + kalsium (untuk tulang yang kuat) + karbohidrat (tenaga) + magnesium (untuk lentur otot) + fosforus (untuk mengambil kesempatan tenaga) + kalium (baik untuk sistem saraf) + protein (untuk proses pertumbuhan dan penyembuhan) + riboflavin (untuk kulit sihat dan berseri) + zink (untuk meningkatkan sistem imun)

BENEFITS OF MILK


According to the National Dairy Council, milk is filled with nine essential nutrients that benefit our health:

Calcium: Builds healthy bones and teeth; maintains bone mass
Protein: Serves as a source of energy; builds/repairs muscle tissue
Potassium: Helps maintain a healthy blood pressure
Phosphorus: Helps strengthen bones and generate energy
Vitamin D: Helps maintain bones
Vitamin B12: Maintains healthy red blood cells and nerve tissue
Vitamin A: Maintains the immune system; helps maintain normal vision and skin
Riboflavin (B2): Converts food into energy
Niacin: Metabolizes sugars and fatty acids

In other words, milk packs quite a punch when it comes to nutrition—and you don't have to drink a gallon to reap the benefits, the National Dairy Council says. In fact, the council says that just one 8-ounce glass of milk provides the same amount of vitamin D you'd get from 3.5 ounces of cooked salmon, as much calcium as 2 1/4 cups of broccoli, as much potassium as a small banana, as much vitamin A as two baby carrots and as much phosphorus as a cup of kidney beans!

Milk and Disease



Ready for a shocking statistic? According to research led by professor Peter Elwood of Cardiff University, drinking milk can lessen the chances of dying from illnesses such as coronary heart disease and stroke by up to 15 to 20 percent.

This research—a systematic review of evidence from 324 published studies—is actually the first time that disease risk associated with drinking milk has been looked at in relation to deaths from those diseases.

However, there are conflicting studies that claim milk actually contributes to disease, specifically heart disease. What about them? "The fact that milk-drinking raises cholesterol is, for many people, proof that milk is a cause of heart disease," Elwood says. "But cholesterol is only one mechanism in heart disease. Blood pressure is another relevant mechanism, and milk-drinking is associated with a lower blood pressure. It is therefore totally unreasonable to base conclusions about milk and heart disease on the effect on cholesterol alone."

Heart disease isn't the only thing that can be affected by milk. Elwood says that analysis of large, long-term studies shows that milk and dairy consumption are associated with a small reduction in death from heart disease events, strokes, new cases of type 2 diabetes, colon cancer and possibly bladder cancer.

"As heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer are major sources of healthcare expenditure, any measure that is associated with a reduction in these diseases—however small that reduction is—is also bound to have an impact on healthcare costs," Elwood says.


How Much Milk?


To get the full benefits of milk, including the nine essential nutrients, the USDA says adults should consume three servings of milk (or cheese or yogurt) each day. A serving size is 1 cup of milk or yogurt, 1.5 ounces of natural cheese or 2 ounces of processed cheese. So, go ahead—drink your milk. It's good for you.

June and Final Exam

Assalamualaikum!

Salam Nifsu Syaaban :)



June? Wow. Paper final start 26 Jun. oyeh oyeh. eh eh birthday siapa entah tarikh ni :P  Birthday little bro yang dah gemok. Bhahaha. Well, happy advance birthday. haha. Suka hati la nak wish awal kat blog, lepas ni tak buka dah. XD

Okay back to exam. errr. Don't ask : Are you ready? because of course I'm ready, hehe. Okay look, actually I want to give my opinion on what always happened to me before examination. K3, well english2 la sikit, haha sebenarnya...i'm done with BEL presentation this morning!!!! Em, back to our topic, agak tak suka atau kurang suka atau sewaktu dengannya apabila seseorang menanyakan sebegini : "Wani dah habis study?" I will 'keras' for a second and answer either "entah" or "dah". For me, selagi subjek exam tu tak sampai, jangan harap la nak habis study atau dengan erti kata lain baca selagi boleh. kalau jawab "dah habis study dah" dah macam pro sangat dan tak payah nak study lagi. Kadang ade je yang jawab macam tu lepas tu nampak dia memegang buku subjek itu. Whatttt... whatever.

Memang ade ke istilah dah habis setadi ni? Genius mungkin. Dan untuk orang yang memang takkan ulang study lagi lepas khatam subjek tu. Mengapa? First dia genius, second dia malas.

Kalau kau dah ulang balik tu means tak habis lagi la. Tak payah sibuk tanya orang lain kot. Kalau dia habis pun, dia boleh bagi pinjam ke ape yang dia baca? Ajar boleh la.

Okay konsep mengajar dalam 'study week'. Seetika yang boleh la untuk minta orang tolong ajarkan. Sebab mungkin boleh menganggu proses study beliau. Jangan fikirkan diri sendiri sahaja. Cuba juga memahami rakan kita :) I'm really really appreciate to whom teach me during the last one week before exam or near exam. :') Boleh la nak belanja makan, insyaAllah. :D

I also seek for a study group this semester. Chaaaaiiiiyok! Be the best you can do. :)

Meet Again

Assalamualaikum!

Eh lama tak jumpa! :D
Eyahh, makin lama kat university ni, makin banyak yang perlu dihadap. Buku, nota, test, kuiz, assignment, report yang hampir sepuluh itu (errrr..kesian la kat saya), tutorial, and whatsoever yang menerpa hidup. Apepun, ni semua ujian daripada Allah kepada hambanya. Allah mengetahui kemampuan kita.  So, move on dengan tenang. Buat yang terbaik. First kena niat kerana Allah. Kalau terpaksa, kemungkinan tak berkat. Kan? :)


I won't care to people who hate me (if got). As long as I do the right. Not all people know what we're doing. But Allah knows everything :) 

Even I tried to be so cool (rileks and act kononnya takde kerja), sometimes angin ribut stress melanda. Huh. Time ni lah kena cari ubat penenang. Eh2 bukan makan ubat pelik2. Tapi, ucapkan innalillah.  And what I will do is looking for a person to burst. Kat sini bukan bermaksud cari org untuk lepas geram or marah or stress…tapi jadikan tempat luahkan supaya ringan beban. And then kena positif dalam semua perkara. Kita pasti boleh! Atau mungkin takde orang, semua tido atau sama-sama stress, cari hiburan. Bukan pergi clubbing  -_- TAPI, buat benda yang kita suka. Seperti menonton running man. Haaa mungkin boleh kembalikan senyum tawa. Hihi. Ada orang menghilangkan tekanan dengan bersukan! Ya, memang merilekskan pun.

Alright, malam ni ada dinner with some alumni komander kompeni. Yahoo~~~ nak makan banyak2! Berat sekarang 36kg. @_@ hey, I eat okay.
